Shipping

We make all of our pieces by hand in our studio. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. When the item is in stock and ready to ship, it will take approximately 1-2 business days to ship it. When items are not in stock or need resizing first, it will take up to 1-2 weeks to make a new one or to do adjustments like resizing. When an order is placed we will inform you about the delivery time first. 

If you need something by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout or email us before placing an order. We will give our best to accommodate your requests. 

The costs for shipping in The Netherlands are €3,95

For other countries, shipping costs will be calculated at check out.

Returns

If your ordered piece of jewelry is not what you expected, it is possible to return it within two weeks after you received it. You can download the return form here.

You can either return the jewelry in our atelier (by appointment only) or ship it to our workshop.

Please note: We do not cover the cost of returning your order, but we strongly recommend that you send your parcel with tracking and keep proof of shipment. If the product is lost, this is not our responsibility.

Are you going to send the parcel? Please make sure that:

• The items are complete and undamaged.
• The items are in original, undamaged packaging.
• The return form filled in is enclosed in the parcel.

After we received the return and we can accept it, we will refund within one week.
